  • Introducing The Dream Team (Main Team on Productions) - "Finis Coronat Opus - The End Crowns the Work"

    Our objective is to foster a productive and creative approach to teamwork—the Dream Team. Inspired by the motto "Finis Coronat Opus - The End Crowns the Work," we embody one of the fundamental principles that define our team. This motto emphasizes the significance of the final outcome and the value it bestows upon the efforts invested.

  • 1st YWD Logistic Corps/Production Support Operations Corp (PSOC)

    The Latin phrase "Sapere Aude," meaning "Dare to know," serves as our guiding principle. It encapsulates the idea of having the courage to use one's own reason and seek wisdom.

    The YWD 1st Logistic Corps takes charge of managing both the set and its associated amenities. This team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to overseeing actors' trailers, coordinating local supply chains, managing contracts, and handling maintenance requirements. They ensure that all necessary elements are in place to successfully produce and complete a project. Additionally, they develop workflow and production plans to ensure seamless execution, enabling timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

    The Production Support Operations Corp (PSOC), also referred to as the YWD 1st Logistics Corps, encompasses various roles such as Production Researchers (PR), SIG (SIGNAL) teams, Communications experts, logistics personnel, mechanics, and other essential support positions. Together, they form a cohesive unit that collaboratively tackles the challenges of production, ensuring effective communication, logistical coordination, and reliable support throughout the project lifecycle.

    The primary function of The Collective is to offer an intimate and transparent perspective on the inner workings of our organization. By providing an unfiltered behind-the-scenes look, they help humanize the YWD brand, products, and services in a significant manner. This team's efforts go beyond mere promotion; they create opportunities for the audience to feel included and forge a deeper connection with our brand.

    2. Film Team

    • Cinematographer (Team Leader)

      Operates cameras, working closely with the cinematographer to execute shots.

    • Drone Operator/Team
      Responsible for capturing aerial footage, coordinating with cinematographer for style and shots.

    • Grip & Lighting Specialists
      Sets up and operates lighting equipment to ensure optimal shooting conditions.

    • Camera Assistants
      Assists with camera setup, lens changes, and managing camera gear during shoots.

    3. Photography Team

    • Digital Imaging Technician (DIT)
      Manages the digital footage, backing up, organizing, and ensuring files are ready for post-production.

      Identifies and selects shooting locations, ensuring they align with production needs and creative vision.

    • Environmental / Scene Scout
      Ensures the chosen locations meet all practical needs (lighting, sound, access) and environmental considerations.

      Handles logistics for locations: securing permits, setting up access, and managing location-specific details during production.

    • Project Manager/Logistics
      Handles the day-to-day logistics, ensuring all departments are aligned and working according to schedule.

    • Client Liaison
      Maintains communication with the client, ensuring their vision and needs are being met throughout production.

    • Production Assistant (Communications)
      Assists in the flow of information across departments, ensuring updates are timely and efficient.

    • Workflow Optimization Specialist
